Custom Orders

due to the nature of custom work any custom orders under $1000 will require payment in full before work begins, orders over $1000 will require a deposit of half of the total payment upfront before work begins and the other half of payment will be due just before shipment. if an order is canceled before work begins, i’ll be able refund your entire payment that was already paid by you; however if work has already started I will refund your entire payment minus the cost of materials such as the metal that was already bought and the consumption of consumables used that went into making the order as I would not be able to get those back and would not be able to sell a product that maybe only you wanted.
